You guys truly make me laugh. So he is great for pirating movies and uploading on the web for millions of you can possibly download and watch for free but garners no sympathies if he sold pirated movies for a profit.

For starters the term “retarded” used in the context you mean might be offensive for some. Grow up and don’t use it. If you don’t have an argument don’t respond, theres no need for silly remarks which some may take offense at.

It seems like I will have to explain a little more for you.

The delicious irony was the comment made that people where spoonfed, when in reality they had no clue about the most important topic of all when discussing IP issues…law.

To be fair, I really don’t have an issue if you download material infringing copyright or not. I don’t, but what others do is for them to justify and thats why I ask the question since Ive yet to see any justification. Ive asked the question many times on my articles, the only response I will get RE: piracy is usually an attempt to insult and thats with a daily average of 1000 UIP’s/reads.

I did not care if the article was aimed at me or not (Ive grown out of being upset by petty insults) and my comments still stand. That sounds very much like the actions that it is alleged FACT and the RIAA engage in.
