Of course people will always be able to crack software and pirate films, music and e-books. What I meant is that eventually, the world’s governments will begin taking legal action against creators and users of pirated media, and the risk will outweigh the benefit.

here my issues i got this on a LEGAL DVD. that i got from walmart now unless walmart selling boot leg movies there program is messed up. i now have a movie i cant return since i opened it and i cant watch it due the fact it will get muted on me

I personally LIKE menus and ALWAYS put them in my downloaded blu-rays or DVDs. It’s cause they’re “pretty”! Those of the “we don’t need no fucking menus!” school just have no sense of creativity or beauty. So SNAP to you!

It may not play blu-ray DISCS, but it DOES play blu-ray FILES, which I do all the time before burning to insure their integrity before wasting an expensive 25GB blank disc.

Don’t call him a moron! Whether his terminology is accurate or not, it IS, you must admit, an interesting piece of info. As is the info, which I already knew, that even blu-ray files downloaded from torrent sites can be impacted in playback by the damn Cinavia. Welcome to the police state!

I just tried to copy a blu-ray I rented from RedBox using the “newest version of AnyDVD HD (Slysoft) coupled with Blue-Cloner’s newest release yesterday and guess what…I SPOILED a blank 25GB blu-ray disc since Cinavia cut in 15 minutes into the disc I copied. No NONE of this stuff works. I hope someone comes up with something reliable at some point soon ’cause blank blu-ray media is no bargain to purchase especially when they end up in the garbage! Damn Cinavia!
