FCT and other sites give people more information about the process so if one is caught up in a lawsuit one understands the issues. Some of the information is how to avoid getting trouble with the courts for evidence tampering, etc. But the major portion of the information is an explanation of how weak the evidence really is and the possible unethical/illegal antics by the various plaintiff shysters to bully one into paying up. Thus the trolls hate the site because it gives information that is otherwise costly or essentially inaccessible.

I love claim 14… “I appeared on the Howard Stern Show to promote Malibu Media.”.

Because Howard Stern is the most reputable place to go to defend ones name (other than The Jerry Springer show of course)… Suppose it could have been worse though… They could have gone to some hack network that no one takes serious, like CNN…

Anyone happen to know when she was on? Might be interesting to see if I can’t find a copy of that episode…

Is it just me, or is anyone else imagining Malibu Media et al as little kids playing in a sand box… And with the above quote, MM is running off “Mom! They’re calling me names and a liar! Make them stop!!”

Isn’t that what opposing council is supposed to do anyways? How many defense attorneys get up in court and say “Your honor, my learned friend is absolutely right, my client did [insert crime] but you should find her not guilty anyway”… vs “My learned friend wants you to think she did [crime] but they haven’t proved she was even there much less ….”
