Even if there wasn’t a “megaconspiracy”; that idiot company should have gone through the appropriate DCMA removal process before calling their lawyers. of course since mega is down, how can they even prove it was/is up in the first place?

Since Valcom ( http://www.valcom.tv/contact.html ) is a US company, they should fall under the DCMA rules. If they never filed any takedowns, they cant take any further actions…the jerks
