An employee works at one company doing what he/she likes then it turns bad because the company changes but the NDA prevents the employee to go and work for another company which is also working on the same subject the employee likes to work on.

Seems to be very tricky to not use the experience you have collected over the years working for another company.

Since that experience may also be what determines your paycheck working for the new company.

To me laws should protect employees rights against abusive company agreements.

At least in europe many of the agreements and licences you see in games are null and void. They are basically illegal.
May not be the same thing as NDA’s but still related.

I sure do not think that is voluntary by any means. It is censorship.

Only in theory. In the real world they get locked up and called terrorists and other things.

My guess is that all it does is search for key words and phrases and generates a takedown notice on anything that comes up. That is the only way there could be this many errors. It also explains why trolls can link to perfectly legal content using fake link titles named after popular movies and get that link taken down nonetheless.

Time will tell provided no other judge can step in and overrule Kathleen’s decision. Another nasty pattern when it comes to the MAFIAA is how favourable decisions end up being shot down in higher courts.
