Using a proxy or VPN to cirumvent geo block does violate the law anywhere in the world, though I expect TPP to have an item about that when it is ultimately completed.

American geo-blocking in New Zealand is racist against Maori people. Couldn’t agree more. I’ve been putting up with this shit for a while (I live in NZ), and have been comparing this faggotry with racism for years! There is no excuse for release delays, when you can get licensed cinemas and TV companies to download it through an authenticated, secure, SSH tunnel.
