I know virtually zero about NZ politics (other than Dotcom’s Internet Party), but all the stuff on that blog, if it is true, is a real eye-opener.

The “Fuck John Key” video sounds like a real bone-headed move on their part — that’s just over the line. Not having seen it myself and going by the description given on the blog, whatever was in the minds of Dotcom, et al, I might think they were on some kind of drugs.

That Dotcom could not produce an email with complete headers intact is a major letdown, IMO. I wanted to believe him about that, but it’s looking to me as if it was a fake. Even if his lawyer told him not to say anything about it, now that everything is said and done and still nothing to show for it — well, that speaks for itself.

One thing it says in the blog:

“If Dotcom had not invented a conspiracy theory that Barack Obama and Joe Biden got John Key to let Dotcom into NZ, so he could be arrested an extradited, he would have stayed relatively popular.”

I’ve never found it hard to believe at all that there was a “conspiracy” by the above against Dotcom — it’s the kind of thing that has been done in the past, and the U.S. government will continue to do in the future. Forget the fact that this is MPAA-driven, all I need to know is this: Look at the history of the U.S. government in clandestine conspiracies (proven) against various South American countries over the past 100 years. They still do the same kind of shit to this day.

Also, regarding the NSA and the things which Snowden has uncovered — there is little doubt in my mind about anything regarding them and the GCSB — I just have to remind everyone of this:

Those installations were just a “warm up” to the things which Edward Snowden revealed.

Anyway, I think Kim Dotcom really screwed himself (according to what I read on that blog) by not simply being satisfied with starting the Internet Party and leaving it at that. All the rest was simply asking for disaster, and apparently he got it.

I still believe in his beef with the DoJ over MegaUpload, but it seems the rest of the things he’s done in NZ were just idiotic.

I can’t for the life of me, understand how we (the people) have allowed this shit to happen.

I was hopeful when Snowden spilled the beans that things would change and the unnecessary spying would be rolled back.

As unbelievable as it sounds, the groundwork for spying on everyone in an entirely new way is being laid.

Look for a torrent named “Take Back Your Power”, download it and give it a watch. The DVD ISO is good.

It’s some sad shit that is being slipped into every household in America, the UK and many other countries, which is pretty scary.

You might think this is “Tinfoil Hat” territory, but it’s not. It’s documented and proven, 100 percent truth. There is much more to it than the surveillance angle. While I understand that they believe that was a ruse, it actually tells me that MegaUpload could claim they didn’t completely trust the MAFIAA with actual deletion of files on their servers and instead, only allowed them to delete a URL to the infringing file.

I know I don’t trust anyone with write privileges to anything shared on my computer. That includes everyone in my family, so…

It seems that the email addresses of those two individuals would not be made public knowledge.

As to the claims of the email being fake, that is totally expected of them, though information on where/how it was obtained would be helpful in clarifying possibly authenticity. Most courts usually require that kind of info for supposed evidence, even if only to prevent the other side from acting like an 8 year old and saying “Nuh Uh, you made that yourself you faker!”. Of course, quality lawyers in this whole mess seem to be in short supply.

Just in case anybody cares, I don’t really like Kim, but it does look like he actually has the moral and legal high ground in this, even if he’s fighting against a superior foe that keeps trying to shoot him in the kneecaps.
