My apologies for the harsh language but you are too naíve there. If every person in the world stopped downloading the same organizations currently trying to dismantle our hard-won freedoms and civil rights will continue to do so.

Let’s play make-believe and assume people actually do stop downloading.
Until we stop selling secondhand games and media and EVERY way of putting out media as an individual has been destroyed.

Copyright will always be abused, as will free speech. Both are in irresolvable conflict with one another and only one of them – free speech – is an absolute requirement.

No compromise is possible. The attempt to achieve such inevitably produces things like the DMCA, ACTA and TPP.

The Hargreaves report chose to discard the evidence supplied by the labels precisely because that evidence tended to be regurgitations of “data” disproven as falsifications back in the 90′s.

First of all, if they don’t give access to the raw data, they fall apart right there, as Ben pointed out.

Secondly, i’ve already given you a bunch of links in the past where their numbers were proven to be a contradiction or directly false, and your response was that you don’t believe in media outlets that challenge the Mafiaa’s numbers, unwilling to respond to what was actually written, instead simply calling their analysis of the Mafiaas numbers for propaganda. Do you remember? That’s why i earlier reminded you of your ignorance on that instance, with the words:

Your response was to start to attack the site that reported on it, instead of the actual analysis and the numbers. I asked you if you didn’t understand the numbers and encouraged you to ask for help, but you refused to answer that question, showing that you weren’t interested in going over the actual numbers.

Why should anyone ever again try to provide you with any information, after that tantrum of yours??

The educational system has evidently failed you on so many levels(the evidence, should you ask, is obviously your own continuous display of ignorance regarding all the above mentioned misconceptions of yours), so you really should stay away from trying to make educated guesses, because you simply aren’t capable of performing those.

You continuously confusing economically sanity with your own proven freetard mentality is another indicator of you having missed out in school, or possibly simply having other issues, that’s best addressed elsewhere.

However, standing up for the human rights protected freedom of expression as defined in the Universal Charter of Human Rights, and as verified by the European Court of Human Rights to include filesharing of all copyrighted works, i guess that could make you a modern day freedom fighter in the eyes of some.

Is that what you have a problem with, people defending human rights? Well i guess all fascists would obviously disagree with human rights, and you have often in the past up-voted comments from openly self admitted fascists, so why not..

I think no such thing, but all sane people and all capitalists would definitely find it beneath them to pay any entrepreneur when he haven’t made a sale.

If you have a problem with that, your problem is a beef with capitalism and normal trade which has worked the same way for many thousands of years, not with pirates or on-line human rights protected sharing of copyrighted culture.
