It appears that our government is backing these multibillion dollar companies who continue to rip off Australian taxpayers a few of whom do pirate, but would not if legal
content was fairly priced.

What about these rip-off merchants that are allowed to plunder the Aussie public!

if I could get a decent quality 720p download (i.e. quality compression and not-shite sound) without DRM, from a service that doesn’t choke under the load (hell, use BitTorrent, track seeders and reward them somehow), I’d gladly pay $1 per episode and probably $2 for a season finale.
