A great deal, a party in support of a less extremist form of copyright in a Government voted for by it’s people (while demonstrating a mass public shift on the views of copyright itself) would wield power from which they can change copyright law.

It could also demonstrate for voters in other countries how a Pirate Party is capable of operating a stable Government and put to rest concerns by some who support the ideas of a change in copyright still choose not to vote on this based on other political concerns; with examples including employment, healthcare and defence.

Europe needs fresh air. Europe needs to fight their own political extremism (extreme right wing movements that are actually getting elected because of current Govts inability to do what needs to be done for their ppl). Europe needs renewal.
