Here’s a new problem with Youtube’s copyright handling. On the third strike they provide no way to appeal.
The channel is closed and the uploader no longer has access to the appeal process.
A sloppy oversight that is a serious breach of law.

I just lol when someone hears a remake of a Metallica song and they go Oh, you mean that song by Apocalyptica or whatever group.

I just say yea, that group. They are awesome. Metallica needs to stop being babies and copying everyone.

if this is the case then apperently the majority wins.

And since there are more consumers then there are those producing, well… I think we know which sides wins.

Maybe this will change when the world becomes 2 producers to 1 consumer and everyone has content they want to protect.

I agree, since this whole shit store I’ve started to really enjoy non-US produced movies.

And I’m American. Everything America creates today are just remakes of stuff they created 5, 10, or 20+ years ago, repackaged for the newer generations.

I’ve noticed EU and other nation movies have much more creativity and originality.
