Yeah it felt undone when they cut it short in season 5. :( Remember the episode of SG1 “200, S10 I think” where they parodied what it would be like if teens did Stargate? I didn’t think they’d actually do it, but they did lol. It kinda makes me wish they never did that episode because it’s obvious where they got the idea for SGU.

lol, yeah, I wasn’t a huge huge fan of SGU at all. Its one of those I wish could be undone and they would have given us more time with Atlantis.

Developers have to start things somewhere. It doesn’t mean what they had in earlier versions of the game will be the final version. Example, Krystal was supposed to be a cat with a more modest outfit in Dinosaur Planet (Star Fox Adventure’s N64 prototype), but that was changed when the game became Star Fox Adventures on Gamecube.

The reason companies do this is that in some jurisdictions, if they do not, they can lose their copyright. They have to act on even very petty cases.

Sorta, the reason payware is expensive (at least the likes of PMDG) is because the fact that they are so detailed system wise, it takes forever to code. Now PMDG isn’t the best example, but you get what I mean?
