The USA’s Department of Homeland Security has a specialist wing referred to in these esteemed pages as ICE – you may have seen it mentioned on occasion. It’s an acronym for “Immigration and Customs Enforcement”.

I suggest you contact ICE with your query my friend as this is what they state in their Investigations webpage,

“Human smuggling and human trafficking are two of the most heinous crimes that ICE investigates. In its worst manifestation, human trafficking is akin to modern-day slavery. Victims pay to be illegally transported into the United States only to find themselves in the thrall of the traffickers. They are forced into prostitution, involuntary labor and other forms of servitude to repay debts – often entry in the United States. In certain cases, the victims are mere children. They find themselves surrounded by an unfamiliar culture and language without identification documents, fearing for their lives and the lives of their families.

I’m really disappointed with our oh so high and mighty Ununited States. And the saddest part is, other countries look up to us. At my school, they have a sensor on our network. I’ve tried a few proxies, but the second time I go to the proxy, it seems to have blocked it, as though the network learns from its mistakes, or perhaps there really is someone actually looking at what I do. Gosh, the school doesn’t even let us use any admin accounts. And the admin accounts don’t unblock any web sites, trouble is the staff members don’t know that, they hardly know much of anything about networks and sensoring.

So … when was the court hearing where it was decided that these assets (because that’s what a domain name is to my mind) should be frozen?

I suppose they must put the burden on the owner to appeal it – nice.

researched onlypuma.com, it was a scam site it looks like. but I can’t find any cache records on any search engines – maybe USA trying to fake domains to scare everyone in the world? :-
