I was proud of Australias courts and ISPs the way they rallied around iiNet and made a stand again the MAFIIAs local clone (working on their direct orders no less). The way the court ruled again and again made me even happier.

Congrats to Optus for following iiNets lead in working out these idiots are not worth even talking to. the wont bend an inch. They want ISPs to be their enforcement arm. Its not going to happen here.

That said i dotn think they are smart enough to drop the Aussie tax. They may try to prove they hold the whip by increasing it though.

Bring on the NBN so we can be much more efficient Pirates in Australia. Think we are bad now MAFIIA just wait until we have more than 1Mbps upload speeds.
