That would allow the MPAA to go after actual infringers with legal action, where they actually have a chance of winning, rather than wage a dubiously legal battle against torrent search engines? The attacks on current search engines may be more of a plan to drive traffic to BitTorrent.net, where it can be easily monitored, than an actual attempt to put them out of business.
