He wanted access to enough of his own money for his defense and living expenses and to not be locked up while awaiting trial. Two things the US government could easily agree to. But they didn’t, because they don’t want him to have any money to defend himself, nor want him to be free to work on his defense.

The US doesn’t want a fair trial, so much is clear.

There are about 20+ sites where artists get 70% of revenue to the 15%-30% they get in an label deal. I guess, 70% is not enough on Amazon and iTunes. its the extra 20% that with the 21th store that will “revolutionize” the industry. If 70%->15% is not enough to self publish, 90%->15% wont be either.

Its the marketing, tour planning and radioplay power the industry still has. The rest is facade. If you can’t make it NOW on these +20 sites including Amazon and iTunes, you will not make it on the 21th either.

Thats the reason youtube has proactive filters, mediafire has proactive filters. They would need to delete millions of files a second. He knew, and thats voids Safe Heaven provisions.

Its rather impossible to give this guarantee. In a independent court system, any judge or district attorney could be politically charged or even bought. Thats the reason nobody has really the juice to do so, not for this sort of things.
