What the hell does New Zealand’s elite counter-terrorist force have to do with a piracy case? This is insane. Just like the google glass guy who was arrested in a theater by 12 or something homeland security guys. What other industry is given military support do handle accusations of theft? It’s absurd and clearly shows the level of systematic corruption of some western governments. Piracy isn’t even on the top 10 of most evil crimes even if you look at with the worst eyes. So WTF does the military or homeland security have to do with it?

it was done to sway mindless public opinion that KDC was a “dangerous criminal” to make it easier to justify all the laws that the associated governments knew they were breaking in somewhat the same way as they murdered osama in cold blood then covered it up. if its a dangerous enough criminal then any and all laws can be broken to bring them to justice…
