USA also mighty offer counter proposal; that is they pay flight ticket, and they would say “you get your money when you are here” (like bait), he arrives then they put him holding cell to wait for trial(who knows how long it can be like thousends years, like ppl in guantanamoly that was supposed to be closed). Say that money think is still under consiration in later date… why would kim dotcom even come to usa if does not get money first…
