Justice exists, but you have to make your own, or win your own, and not depend on others or the system to freely give it out. The wealthy and powerful know that justice can be bought for the right price. The MAFIAA and U.S. D.o.J. are confident that they are wealthier and more powerful than Kim Dotcom, and it wouldn't surprise me if the D.o.J. has a copyright on Justice.

Also, America needs to worry about America and not the rest of the world. Whenever our government attempts to force peace and democracy on other countries, guns and war-making materials are included in the deal. Is this common practice? When MAFIAA raided the house of & seized the My Little Poneys laptop of the 9yo girl in (Finland?) did they demand to have her assets frozen in case they won the copyright violation case against her? When they went after Joel Tannenbaum did they freeze his assets in fear a college student might waste them on beer or Fraternity dues instead of paying his fines?

If not, why are they freezing DotCom’s? He’s clearly been able to do alright for himself financially if he has an extra $5 million laying around to pay a whistleblower bounty, which he earned in the last 2 years. If DotCom looses, couldn’t the court just order him to pay X amount of the fine up-front and garnish any additional income say 10% until DotCom pays off the remaining. If I’m not mistaken, that’s what they do (in the States at least) for people who don’t pay their child support… If its a good enough scheme to make sure a child doesn’t go hungry or whatever, I’d imagine it would work alright to pay back a few supposedly stolen MP3 files…

Plus, you know, it would allow DotCom to be able to afford a lawyer to mount an equal and fair legal case in his defense…
