Yeah, right. B.S. indeed. When you show me a card-carrying member of the Illuminati, I’ll show you a card-carrying member of Al Queda. People who listen to the likes of Jeff Rense, Alex Jones, and a few others always come across as arrogant towards the common folk when discussing geo-politics. Somehow they believe themselves to be in possession of such immense & Earth-shattering knowledge. If you go & search for the origins of this info, you’ll find it’s based on almost completely unverified information. They are the equivalent of the gossip girls found in offices across the globe.

I myself prefer an attitude of humility corresponding to the weakness of our intellectual understanding of nature and of our own being.

Since when has ANYTHING in your life turned out to be exactly as it appeared?

To think what you want to think is to think TRUTH, regardless of appearances.

Every man has the natural and inherent power to think what he wants to think, but it requires far more effort to do so than it does to think the thoughts which are suggested by appearances. To think according to appearance is easy; to think truth regardless of appearances is laborious, and requires the expenditure of more power than any other work man is called upon to perform.

There is no labor from which most people shrink as they do from that of sustained and consecutive thought; it is the hardest work in the world. This is especially true when truth is contrary to appearances. Every appearance in the visible world tends to produce a corresponding form in the mind which observes it; and this can only be prevented by holding the thought of the TRUTH.

So, Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga both going against Mother RIAA’s wishes, in the same day?
Btw, is there anyone keeping track of this? A database of famous (mainstream or not) artists’ quotes on copyright, piracy etc. would probably be a good way to demonstrate that the line between “parasitic freeloading pirate” and “earnest hard-working artist trying to make a living” is blurred, to say the least.
