Yeah, and there will be ice cream too. Do you realize that winning the suit isn’t the object of it? Defending against a lawsuit takes time and money, and the maximalists have more. They sue not to win, but to use the legal system to translate their larger resource base into coercion of those with less resources. This is how capitalism works.
