Fileserve has crap customer support and is shady. After my membership ran out they billed my card even though I had not checked to auto rejoin. I had also canceled my membership a few days before it was to end on it’s own just so this wouldn’t happen. I kept trying to contact them and I received zero replies. I had to contact my credit card to get them to block Fileserve. After that I figured it was over but instead a month later I get a charge from Filejungle on my card. I had never even heard of Filejungle when this happened. Once again I contacted my credit card. They told me that Fileserve had attempted to charge my card again but it didn’t go through because it was blocked and then less than an hour later I got the charge from Filejungle. I ended up having to get a new card just to make sure it didn’t happen again.
