Also make the human definitively identify him or herself. Ditto for implementing the requests. Then make the identified human legally liable for errors. Let the employer indemnify the employee if willing to assume that risk. I call BS in advance on the “too slow” argument. If take down requests are limited to those that pose the risk of a real loss of revenue (the only even halfway sane argument for this law even if you support the concept of copyright) I don’t think it is possible for the volume to be too large for human entry.
