Spending $100 000 on legal aid against an MPAA attack on an innocent man beats spending $100 000 on ineffective advertising for a company :p

And if the MPAA is the one who retires when they it doesn’t work out? They use their tactic only if there is a victim to intimidate.
Though maybe he is willing this guy can’t force them to continue the process.

And then in the end there is still no landmark decision and the game continues …
