1) What has Movoto Real Estate got to do with people’s downloading and filesharing habits? Is it just a mere curiosity or “fun thing” to show your customers?

2) What is your angle?

If it were I….. looking for a house. My capability to torrent would be a much more wanted stat. Broadband speeds are extremely important today. Ability to share your data fast is important for work, social life and
entertainment.

That data is almost certainly highly flawed btw. The numbers are pretty strange (only 6.26 TOTAL downloads in Florida per 10,000) A single cord cutter would exceed that in a single day. There are bound to be more than 2000 cord cutters in the 20,000,000 Florida population)

The data sets that would need to be collected to complete such a study is also not mentioned. If they were collected, youwould brag about the method as it would be extremely hard and complex. IP addresses change. Verification of downloads need done. Multiple sources of data need compiled. etc…
