…anyone else notice the the “we don’t WANT to sue?” part… call me paranoid, but to me that sounds like that they say they don’t want to…but will anyway if deemed needed. if they are serious he would simply state in bold letters that they WON’T…but all i hear is that they don’t want….

what is it with people and a three/six strike program thats been proven ineffective in so many places. Most governments dont have money too waste. I mean its normally 6-8 months before we see anything in Australia.. by which point most of us who downloaded it have forgotten about it by then.

I used the Apple example because the iPhads are usually released on the same day in USA, UK, and Australia. Obviously with physical objects like consumer electronics there is only so much stock they would want to sit on before the actual release so there are release windows for each market.

This is completely unlike digital media which can be copied endlessly, this goes to show how rediculous the media cartels position on this all is!
