If company X believes that its own site or site associated with it should be censored from Google, I’d say let them have it. Google will be safe too, as all they have to do when shit hit fans and company X will wonder why they suddenly have less visitors, is to show their own DMCA notice that explicitly asked them to ban company X’s main page.

I already downloading this movie from TPB, haven’t watched it yet.

Thanks Voltage, I mean to the person who leaked the pre-Oscar screener which was picked up as a torrent through TPB. Awfully kind of you to do this for us who didn’t wanna spend another $14 to watch a movie we were kinda interested in but not really going to spend the $$$ on seeing or wasting another few hours at the theatre as well.

Gotta hand it to Voltage though, they really love camping out at court for their movies. Most likely their legal department is now bigger than the rest of their divisions combined.
