Netflicks cant compete with BT simply because the major companies wont allow them to stream their content and compete in the digital age. Crappy local VOD and limited netflicks will never truly compete…

How about I canceled it because they play just about all the same movies on-demand on the stars channel! I have just about every channel cable offers with a DVR, netflix, I rent from blockbuster and I download torrents. Sometimes there just isn’t anything on! “My Girlfriend has M.S. so I constantly try and find her new stuff to watch. I have thought about canceling it cause it doen’t have enough streaming variety but I haven’t yet.

I wonder how much Netflix pays for the rights to distribute the movies?
My guess is nothing.
Most torrent sites employ a Netflix “popunder” once you visit thier site.

Interstingly enough, I dont see much coverage of this in the Unites States media. About torents, that is. I suppose leaving people in the dark is the best way to take advantage of them in the end. YOu would think that if all the affiliates, such as NBC, CBS, ABC were very worried about it, they would definatley talk about it more.Since they do have the soap box from which to preach. I once again have to say “Its just not common knowledge” Same goes for wireless routers etc. Most people DO NOT KNOW how easily it is to be hiojacked or have their internet used for pirates. Therefore, I do not think ANY case should be held up in a court of law. Im sick of the “ignorance in law is no excuse” when they do not post the information. And make the laws transparent. Its easier to find a torrent than it is to find a law about them. <-make sense?

Im about to cancel because they censor things. Which is why I left Blockbuster. Watch the Southpark DVD where Indy is raped like Jodie Foster was. Cant find it? Because ITS BEEN EDITED!
