Sorry, Netflix. There is far more bittorrent traffic around the world than there is Netflix traffic. Your servers would never be able to handle that sheer amount of data.

Netflix has shit for a streaming library. Almost every movie that you might actually want to search for and watch online is only available with their DVD/Blu-Ray ship-to-home service which costs extra money.

Usually, I can browse around for a couple of minutes and find something interesting to watch. If their streaming service cost any more than it does, I would say it’s absolutely not worth it. They know it, too. That’s why it’s so cheap.

Another problem with Netflix is that the video quality is relatively poor, especially with non-HD content. It looks worse than VHS. If there’s something I really am interested in, there have been times I just downloaded a high quality 1080p rip over bittorrent rather than streaming it over quality. Netflix can’t even come close to it, quality-wise.
