and what, precisely, makes ovh any less a business deserving of respect on the matter of property, than perfect 10? After all, ovh DOES own these servers, so they own the money they have been paid to uphold them. If perfect 10 is truly pro-business, how come they’re running AGAINST business, in this case? Because it’s not about business. it’s about THEIR business. that’s the thing about copyright law. It’s only something the owner cares about if it’s their own. if it means destroying another totally equally legit legal business’s profit, they couldn’t care less. They’re self-centered. It’s not about theft, it’s about theft ONLY if it affects THEM and ONLY them. They’re posers. Copyright suits like these infringe on the rights of OVH, why don’t the courts care about that? They don’t because they DRINK THE KOOLAID.

Any other response would put them on the hook – see what happened to Spamhause a couple of years back.

Jusges aren’t happy that it appears that Prenda Law ARE the porn site owners and even less happy that they seeded the torrents themselves, then sued people for downloading them.
