Paypal makes a good living out of being a “shadow bank” – engaged in fiscal maneuvering without the normal constraints burdening a normal bank.

As such they are only a “bank” in the same sense many local grocery chains with the ability to open an account is.

And hence PayPal isn’t covered by a great many draconian laws which would see any accredited bank in court over seizing assets this way.

Caveat Emptor, as usual. Don’t leave your money with someone unwilling to sign accountability for it.

Isnt PayPal registered in the Netherlands?

It’s amazing reading how people think Paypal are in the wrong for telling companies to stick to their rules and when companies don’t and get found out. They bleat. If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime. It really is that simple.

I will let the rest of you kids dream about someone suing Paypal. I only wish one of these companies would try it. Just to shut you guys up.

Sure you can sue them. Better still send the money to me and I will send you pictures of me spending it. You’ll get more value that way. Think about it dumbness, it would be the stupidest move ever to sue Paypal.
