Can’t really see what the citizens have done so wrong. Apart from allowing some of them being brainwashed. Which is mostly older folks that do not understand technologies in question anyways. Scene always has the best quality because of strict guidelines and quality control. P2P groups release crappy encodes most of the time and try to compete by releasing faster than the Scene but in the end its still worth waiting for the Scene release. These days many P2P groups are releasing 720p and 1080p movies with XVID codec, that’s like going 12 years back instead of moving ahead with the times.
