David Cameron is a direct descendant of King William IV and his family are landed-aristocracy. He attended the best schools and has never known a day without comfort and security. Cameron is blind or ignorant to the fact that these austerity cuts are actually killing people. The indiscriminate application of benefit cuts are not directly administered by Cameron but instead they are enforced by a civil service who locally and nationally have taken these instructions as a command to “remove everyone off benefits”. The danger of this is further compounded by the fact these civil servants also feel as though they are powerless to act against these austerity cuts less they become a victim of them and no doubt some are in agreement. However people are dying due to the indiscriminate nature of the cuts though this can never be proved since measuring extreme stress on those who are already weakened by poverty or physical or mental illness is nearly impossible.

The austerity cuts may be necessary but the indiscriminate application of them is a direct attack against the poor, the ill and the disadvantaged and it is a crime against the people. Whoever condones or implements these indiscriminate policies is as guilty as Cameron and his cronies.

It was in one particular instance. Someone else had published a video of two people having sex. The couple demanded that the video to be taken down because of copyright but the court did not agree because they claimed the video was “not of sufficient quality to be considered art and therefore be protected by copyright” or something along those lines.

That whole story was obviously just a diversion to try and mislead the public that copyright should be strong enough to protect your privacy – and make people demand harsher copyrights, when in reality it is datenschutz that should have that role of protecting privacy in the law.

Because the ISPs already block porn. It would be censorship if the courts blocked porn sites for those of us with our ISP porn filters disabled, and it would set off a chain of events where all the porn sites are blocked “on copyright grounds” a la TPB. As a copyright troll representing porn, it would be a bad idea for them to ask for porn distribution sites to be blocked.

Of course, it would be interesting to see someone who gets a letter use the argument that their ISP not only blocks the site(s) where the alleged infringing work was downloaded from (e.g. TPB), but also all sites that link to that site because the porn filter was enabled.

If the ISP subscriber has the porn filter enabled, it should be impossible for someone to use their connection to pirate porn. You can cite the Daily Mail and David Cameron on the greatness of porn filters.
