Sounds to me that since the RIAA asshats cannot get the big boys, they have to pick on the small fish just to feel good about themselves. Kinda makes a person root for the pirates.

You know at the end of Fight Club how Tyler Durden’s crew brought those buildings down? I was just thinking how nice it would be if it were the MAFIAA and friends buildings coming down some day like that. A world without copyright laws would be an ideal world.

the history behind napster was that the government simply
blackmailed the person to sign over the rights to the website
if you dont your going to prison for 25 years

hence you have no choice as you can not fight the government and win as they have unlimited funs

this is why napster was reborn as a money making site.

sales of there tour
but you need the record company to fund that project
as it cost millions to do for the whole year.

its not going to happen the main reason is the artist sign up with the record company the artist themselves dont own the song rights but the record company does.

only way it to cut out the record companys once there contract are up
the question is how long are these contracts for ?

also mega only got raided as kim dotcom was starting up his own music site
for artist put there music on there for free and you pay what you like for it.
which your cutting out the record company s

so that why they all got together and told the
government this can not happen

this has to stop as they loose to much money in taxes

yes that correct but when a artist signs up with the record company they own the rights and not the artist who made them.

just do some research and see how the fat cats live of the music

and also the movie fat cats

there not living in $100.000 dollar houses
more like $20 million

also some artist make there money from touring

so they need someone to sort out that for them.
plus i bet they sign a 20 year contract.
