Lawful side of things says file-sharing is wrong because it was made illegal. Why was it made illegal? Because the law said so. And on and on and on. The very definition of circular logic.

MAFIAA keeps claiming they’re losing money to pirates. DESPITE making record high industry profits. DESPITE making more movies than ever before. DESPITE having millions of TV subscribers across 3 different TV series episodes.

I fail to see the logic in identifying piracy being the “death knell of creative culture and artists everywhere.” Unless of course MAFIAA itself is stealing from their own signed artists and denying indies from having the same exposure as signed artists. Oh, wait….
