Worst case you may need to pay PRQ for a VPN service if you cant host with a friendly host. Last i looked around $70 a month on top of your servers.

TPB may cost $1k a month but there is no excuse for a small 50k user tracker to cost that much. Unless the owner is paying themselves of course.
