Largely dependent on exchange congestion, like with VM, one guy using 1TB in one area may be acceptable compared to another using 200GB in a more congested area.

Sadly, for me, I can’t really get better than Talk Talk in my area.

I think the only other choices are AOL (LOL, NO) or BT, who, quit frankly, fucking suck.

If they have a FUP then it must be set stupidly high as I have used them now for some years without any problems, unlike other companies that enforce their FUP after 40 – 50 gig
