This works well in the digital area of course, better than physical one.

I have thought about this with a small team which works around a project of ours and we came to a conclusion that this way we are able to offer wide variety of products without any or nearly as much harm affected to our customers by our customers for their actions which impact copyright the wrong way.

What I mean is that instead of havin’ a huge lawsuit against an individual minor (who only wanted to try that which she loves) and her parents whom are barely able to pay the lawsuit expenses, we won’t even go there. We won’t even offer products which can be easily abused knowingly and unknowingly. We offer licenses of legal usage for our customers because this way there will be less urges to abuse them. This means that the products won’t move, only the licenses do and they are integrated to your account which you will register (registeration is free) before you are able to buy licenses for your favourite products.

I don’t like copyright as it is so we will efficiently dodge copyright as a whole by selling, not our products, but licenses to use them. This way the products still belong to us and at the same time you are able to use them with your license. Win-Win situation. This is something that we have thought about and this is how we came to our decision to do. :)
