Not everyone wants to watch movies on PC’s or Laptops and most people at least have DVD players. Most of the screeners the previous few years were readily available as DVD’s or ISO images. When you have to convert an h264 into DVD format to share with people, it makes about as much sense as turning a 128 kbps mp3 into a FLAC file.
