There are only telesyncs. The difference between the 2 is HUGE. Telesync is cammed video with synced line audio. The video of a telecine is from the film reels actually being run through a telecine machine and digitally captured. Telecines are also incredibly rare since the machine required to capture the film is extremely expensive and typically only available to people inside the film industry.

C’mon, you guys should know the difference.
