“Transcendence” is on my watch list. Will make an effort to see it in the next day or two. Is the reference to Turing regarding his “test?” You might be a bot and I just don’t realize it.

I’ve known a lot of people that couldn’t handle their drugs or drink, but the only one I’ve given advice to is myself, unless their actions have negatively affected my life or my freedom. What other people ingest or insert into their bodies is their business.

Yeah, I think I’ll make an effort to re-watch some of Robins flicks in the near future.

Although not on this list, I watched Transcendence tonight. Their was a nice little nod to Alan Turing that most people would totally miss. Maybe the Luddites were right after all.

Guardians of the Galaxy looks hilarious but haven’t seen it. Dunno about the rest.

What I most want to see at the moment is a Robin Williams movie.
Hearing of his passing has me wondering why life can be so cruel to someone who to all appearances was so fearless in the face of it. No one can ever really know how another person actually feels on the inside.

My favorite Robin Williams quote is: “Reality is a just crutch for people who can’t handle drugs.” Nothing intellectual about it, but it still makes me laugh.
