I see your point and maybe you can see mine,
I am a carpenter who builds things for a living like buildings,concrete structures and houses.After I finish the job I get paid for what I did,lets say I put a new door in your house.The work I do during the installation is the live show.After I’m done you use the door till you sell it or break it.But if I filmed me doing the work for you I would want you to show everybody what a good worker I am so I could get more work from other people.I cant sell the film of me but I could sell my live show of the work I do.
I paid lots of money to see the stones,mcartney,melloncamp,and many others,also in Movie Theaters with surround sound.These are the live shows to see the work.The CDs and DVDs are calling cards like when I give my card “Hammer for Hire”.Can I charge you a nickel everytime you go through that door I put in? I am not the greatest with explaining myself But I can build a set of stairs a fat guy will feel safe on.Thanks for your time,we need to change the way we look at the greed!

How can you not notice the propaganda? Do they even have unbiased news in the USA? How long did they hammer in on these kids until they said they thought it was illegal. All they are going after is public opinion. But it is LEGAL LEGAL LEGAL! Specially when it comes to a a website that juts hosts links or is a search engine.

I find a flaw in that, how can something be sold for free. You are breaking the law if you sell it but giving it away is not selling it…
