She seems nervous, unprepared and listless. Please hands out the pockets or at least cut the camera in closer so we can see it. Get her notes off crappy cue cards and brief her on the news beforehand. Give her the bullet points on a sheet of paper so she has something to do with her hands. Biggest problem is the frequent pauses as she’s speaking and wooden like speech. All is most likely due to being unfamiliar with what shes supposed to say and waiting for cue cards to change.
