The first ep was more of a get my foot in the water show. Ep 2, which i will be doing in about 5-6 hours from this post, will be a bit longer, but only beacuse I have more stuff to add to the show, and I’ve actually worked out a decent game plan. I figgured I’d wing the first one, jsut so I could see what I did and didnt like about it. Of course, even with the second ep, I’m sure there will be more bugs to work out, but I think it’ll come off better then the first show. I suppose we’ll see one way or the other tonight. – CJ

On length: make the podcast as long or as short as it needs to be. don’t feel pressured either way to have everything crammed into a specific time-slot or try to fill an hour with nothing but chatter. Podcasts are truly a DIY experience, which occasionally means handing out a few STFUs to your critics
