The page states that you can use just uTorrent client but without anonymity and get caught by ISP. TrafficPrivacy is torrent client with Anonymity function, It doesn’t work with any external torrent clients.

Unbelievable as it may seem, such people, who still insist using computers, do exist.

True, as far as it goes. Now for the vast crowd of people who for one reason or another do not possess said ability. This app will indeed find a pretty decent audience, I’m guessing.
