The author ended up publishing the app for free and making it open source because Google wouldn’t let him fix the thing (he had his acc suspended and couldn’t get in touch with Google to clarify and undo the problem).

So yeah, Google isn’t much better. This added yet another reason for me to be really happy the latest PSNetwork hiccups will cost over a billion dollars to Sony. Take the amount as compensation for their jerkiness.

I don’t see how being able to install this app using Cydia with default settings qualifies as being “banned from Cydia”.
