However to use a specific example: Were I to use Tor (or a Tor-like interface, such as Tribler) to go to a tracker to download “Fast & Furious 12 – Skidmark Sweep,” in doing so, I would anonymously be delivering my IP Address to the tracker. I would then download the torrent through IP Proxy A, B and C to deliver the packets to my computer, this is understood. But as my IP Address is already listed on the tracker for the film I’m torrenting, I can still be associated with the download and all the anonymously routing of packets is a moot point.
