The letter woldn’t probably pass even the spam filter i have. So if i never saw the letter, i wasn’t informed and they can’t do anything. Even if I got email like that, i would ignore it the same way as viagra ads.

Consulting a lawyer might seem like good advice, for those who can afford a lawyer. One shouldn’t have to pay to prove their innocence.

Although it’s a bad idea to download illegal material while on a military base. The punishment the military would give would be worse than any court would give.

Trolls are too dumb to learn the differences between a video platform like Youtube and a frikken filesharing site. The funniest part of it, they do know that watching streams or video content still is a grey area in Germany and the lawbooks in most cases, those trolls actively use that undefined area to make some cents in court. Hans will always win in the first instance, no matter which claims the trolls bring in front of any court, what isn’t explicitely forbidden in law is indirectly allowed, court will always decide “benefit of the doubt”. People just shouldn’t be dumb enough to fall into the false claim trap. Stay strong, fappers!
