Those pregnant mothers should have kept their legs together… I’m not willingly supporting their damned offspring but witless morons who vote in rotten to the core politicians are beginning to outnumber patriots and the rest of us must live with it for now. Make no mistake, though, in America every child gets at fed no matter what lies you’ve heard or pathetic ads you’ve seen. Hell, we feed everybody! The billions of tons of food sent to 3rd world countries is contained in boxes labeled, “To the People of —- From the People of the United States With Love” and guess what-The stinking useless U.N. slaps their own labels OVER them…. ask any of our military who go to the rescue after every disaster and see this. What are you bitching about?…. the truly sick? or the irresponsible who don’t pay for health insurance… they expect ME to pay for theirs. It’s no big secret that the truly sick get plenty of care, hell even illegal aliens get health care in America. The world beats a path to my country for medical care….. we’re still hanging on. We haven’t allowed muslim leeches to sap and ruin everything as they are doing in Great Britain, a once magnificent country and ruler over the world’s oceans, It once meant something to be English!

10 years imprisonment for a currently civil offence? If you can be charged with the same offence multiple times (e.g. persistently downloaded Bieber crap and Warner crap), downloaders might as well build bombs in case the police turn up since the prosecution will probably be going for the equivalent of a whole life term anyway.

ETA: Perhaps Weatherly should visit a college the first day of an AS-level law course (or whatever the first year is called now). Then he wouldn’t get civil and criminal mixed up nor unlawful and illegal.

This is what Essex Police class as criminal (i.e. illegal) online content:

* Child sexual abuse images hosted worldwide
* Criminally obscene adult content hosted in the UK
* Non-photographic child sexual abuse images hosted in the UK

Assuming he is deliberately using the wrong terms, he is basically saying he wants to pass legislation that says everyone that owns a Justin Bieber CD effectively own bestiality porn.

Illegal content means just that – it is illegal to own it, illegal to sell it, illegal to broadcast it, etc.

Right, everyone has family and such to care for them. The old, the sick, the young, the vulnerable, the unemployed, and the disabled *DIE* in the Rand formation – because there is no ‘return’ for other individuals (assuming they have some kind of familial interest) to care for them. The Rand formula is nothing more than advice that human beings should act like primitive primates incapable of structured consciousness or thought, or a structured society that enables every person to reach the fullest of their potential.

So if you persistently download things, you face more time in jail perhaps than someone who’s been convicted multiple times of drunk driving, pedophilia, arson, assault, domestic abuse, money laundering, insider trading and manslaughter.
