It is very difficult for a country to fight against the USA, particularly when the USA can bully other countries to impose sanctions too.

What we can do however is to try to become as self reliant as possible particularly in agricultural produce and for the citizens of the country to avoid purchasing from the USA.

For myself, I would never buy Coca Cola, or Orange Juice originating in the USA or Israel. Or wine from California or go into a Starbucks or buy American long grain rice or holiday in Florida and try to get almonds from Iran rather than the USA and source chestnuts from France – and so on.

Observe the condition of the U.S. economy now in it’s present condition. You can thank 30 years of trickle down, voodoo, Reagan economics. You can blame Carter for drinking the right wing kool-aid and starting the deregulation fiasco which has resulted in lazzeiz faire capitalism, an out of control Wall Street and banksters and the destruction of the middle class. I’m from the US. My name was on the petition along with 16 million other people to stop SOPA and PIPA and we did. Why more countries don’t stand against this is beyond me. This copyright issue should NOT be this important to make threats to other countries so I think a lot of money has changed hands, totally disgusting. We ALL need some new politicians. Remember this when you vote.
